Introduction
In this article you will find additional information about making a document fillable using Adobe. Want to create simple fillable documents in an easier way? You can do that from the Signhost web portal. Here you can add text fields and checkboxes to a document using the same intuitive drag-and-drop interface you already know for placing signature fields.
In this article we explain how you can create a fillable document for multiple signatories with multiple signatures.
Place the required text and/or checkbox fields on the document. Note that each element has a unique name and the signature field has the specific name, see the bold text below;
Signatory 1 - signature 1 : Signature-1_1
Signatory 1 - signature 2: Signature-1_2
Signatory 2 - signature 1: Signature-2_1
Signatory 2 - signature 2: Signature-2_2
All the fields that can be filled in can then be assigned to the signatories. Mark the correct fields - as 'read-only' for the correct signatories.
Figure 1
The signature field 1 of signatory 1 must be linked to text field 'Text1' and Checkbox9, see figure 2.
Figure 2
The signature field 1 of signatory 1 must be linked to text field 'Text5' and Checkbox13, see figure 3.

When sending out a test transaction it looks like you can also fill in the fields of other signatories. Fields can be filled in, but are not saved. Make sure that it is clear which signatory has to fill in which fields.
