Siit is designed to unify all your employee data into a single source of truth. All you need to do is follow a few steps from these integration guides for each tool you want to connect.

To connect Siit to your HRIS, ATS or any other HR tool we support, you need to obtain an API key from that other software. The specific steps involved vary from tool to tool.

⚠️ Permissions needed from your HRIS

To integrate with your HRIS, Siit needs access to at least:

  • The employee directory including email, division, location, and department

  • The Organization chart (each employee's manager)

  • Start and termination dates

  • Job Information
