When someone submits a request that is easy to answer with one of the existing article you can easily send it back to the employee without having to copy-paste it from anywhere.
When writing a reply, click on the 📄 icon in the bottom bar
Select the right article from the list
You can pick an article to be attached to your reply
You can write a message as well
Send the reply to the employee
