Sending article from help center in the request

When someone submits a request that is easy to answer with one of the existing article you can easily send it back to the employee without having to copy-paste it from anywhere.

  1. When writing a reply, click on the 📄 icon in the bottom bar

  2. Select the right article from the list

  3. You can pick an article to be attached to your reply

  4. You can write a message as well

  5. Send the reply to the employee
