To set up workflow automation in Siit and streamline your support processes, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access the workflow: Go to your Siit admin console and navigate to the Workflow section.

  2. Define Triggers: Within the Workflow , you can choose a trigger that will initiate a sequence of actions. For example, you can trigger the workflow when a request is submitted.

  3. Configure Actions: Once you've selected the trigger, configure the actions you want to automate. For instance, you can set Siit to automatically assign incoming requests to the appropriate Admin based on specific criteria.

  4. Customize Workflow: Tailor the workflow to your specific needs. Siit allows you to add or modify actions, ensuring a seamless support process.

  5. Save and Activate 🚀
