You can save Slack messages directly to Siit AI's knowledge base. This feature ensures that vital information is instantly available to answer employee questions.

How it works

Save Slack Messages to Siit AI:


Admins can now use the 🧠 emoji in Slack messages to save them to Siit AI's knowledge base.

Once a message is saved, a success notification will be displayed, confirming the action.

Instant answers based on Slack messages :

From that moment, Siit AI will utilize this newly added information to respond to employee questions.

This feature is particularly useful for internal announcements and important updates you want to preserve and reference.

Instant Knowledge Update:Update Content with Ease:

If new messages are shared in the same thread, you can update the content by adding the 🧠 emoji again.

Siit AI will then incorporate this updated information into its responses to future questions.



ℹ️ Available for Pro Plan Users:

This feature is available to all users with the Pro plan, providing enhanced capabilities for efficient knowledge management.
