If you’d like to add or change your method of payment, it's quick and easy!
Simply click on the "More" tab from your mobile app > Payment > Update card. From there you'll be prompted to enter a new credit card number, expiration date and CVC code.
Once you’ve filled in this information, your new card will be activated on the account. Any reservations already in place will now be charged to this card.
Please note that, upon booking your first Silo session, we pre-authorize new credit cards for the amount of $250 to ensure their validity for incidentals. Again, this will only happen the first time you make a reservation with that card. It will be immediately refunded by Silofit, though it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Our on-demand users are billed directly after their session ends and our weekly pre-bookers are billed depending on the state of their account.
