No hard feelings! With on-demand bookings you can cancel a reservation up until 2 hours before it begins, absolutely free of charge. However, within 2 hours of the start time, you will be billed for the entire reservation.

Please note that all weekly recurring reservations for Silofit Pro and Silofit+ users must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start time. You can cancel these reservations directly in the Silofit mobile app, or by reaching out to our Support team by email at support@silofit.com, live chat on our website or mobile app, or by phone at 1-844-834-2808.

You can cancel reservations from the Sessions page > Upcoming > Session that you would like to cancel > Cancel session.

After cancelling your reservation, it will no longer appear in your upcoming reservations. You will also receive an email confirming that your reservation has been cancelled!
