All lost or forgotten valuables, such as wallets, phones and jewellery, will be gathered by our Operations team and returned to our HQ. A notice will be sent out to you by email shortly after to arrange a pick-up of the item(s).
Any items such as water bottles, towels or clothing, will be placed in the lost & found bin inside the Silo of your last booking. Our Silo Support team will be able to coordinate a quick visit to the space in order for you to recover the item(s).
Please note that, as per our Terms of Service, Silofit is not liable for any lost or missing belongings.
Please remember to take your belongings with you at the end of your session!
