The Facility Info can be found in Settings on the left hand side of the screen. 

Here you can enter your facility information including an accreditation, address, and a facility logo. 

  1. Accreditation is a process of review that allows healthcare organizations to demonstrate their ability to meet regulatory requirements and standards established by a recognized accreditation organization such as ACHC.

2. Please also enter your Facility Information i.e. name, address, phone number.

3. Lastly, you can add a logo with the Facility logo upload. Your logo will be seen on any Silversheet generated doc, i.e. affiliation letter. If not uploaded, the facility name will just appear in text instead.

REMINDER: Don't forget to Save all information.
