Silversheet has a feature in the Appointment Workflow that will send out Letters of Initial Appointment or Reappointment to the Provider, depending on whether the Provider has been approved for an Initial Appointment or Reappointment in Silversheet.
This customizable Letter of Appointment is found under the Settings section. Here, you can customize the appointment letters for both the Initial Appointment and Reappointment.
By default, we provide you with standard copy for these letters, but you can customize certain sections of each letter to fit your organization.
Click "Preview" to see how the letter will look when sent to the provider. Your facility logo will appear in the letter head if it is uploaded in the “Facility Info” tab.
