There are two sections the NPDB can be found.  

First, the NPDB can be logged in the Appointment Workflow. 

TIP: The NPDB is best logged and kept in the Appointment Workflow so everything is in one place. The NPDB you log should be associated to a specific appointment date and time frame.  

To find, begin by searching for the provider profile you are working on. 

  1. Go into the Appointment & Privileges tab

  2. Go to the Sanction Checks tab

  3. See below where you can add the NPDB query

The other place NPDB would be is directly in the Sanctions tab.
