This section, gives you the option to : 

  1. Decide if the AMA Profile is required or not

  2. Order a profile

  3. Log the provider's AMA Profile

  1. Decide if the AMA Profile is required or not, by clicking "not required." and then clicking "Confirm Not Required." Please check with your facility administrator management if you are not sure. 


2. If you are interested in ordering an AMA profile for the provider, click "order profile" and this will automatically populate from their website and the provider's information. 


3. Log the provider's AMA Profile by clicking "log document." To log, you can drag and drop a file to the attachment box or click the "green plus sign" to search for a file on your desktop to attachment. Enter in the verification date and click "Submit."
