In this article we will explore how to navigate the sidebar found below the Dashboard in Silversheet’s Facility View. 

Below “Dashboard” you will find “All Providers”. Clicking on “All Providers” will show you all providers found in your facility’s Silversheet account.

You are able to search for specific providers by using their name or NPI number.

You can also filter by license type to narrow down your search results.

Below “All Providers”, you’ll find “Doctors”. Clicking on this will expand a menu with the following choices: All, Needs Input, Needs Attention, Expired, Expiring Soon, and Archived. 

"All" will display all Doctors at your facility. 

"Needs Input" will display Doctors that need to log or upload  to any section set as required for the needs input section. You can control which sections are required in the “Needs Input” in the settings tab. 

"Needs Attention" will display Doctors that have uploaded/logged any supporting documentation or information but requires the facility to review and mark as reviewed. In addition, to any documents that need to be reviewed, it will show any credentials that require verification.

"Expired" will display any Doctors with expired appointment(s), credentials, health documents, and facility documents. From here you can check for a renewal, log a renewal, or log a reappointment.

"Expiring Soon" will display any Doctors with appointment(s), credentials, health documents, and facility documents expiring within 90 days (depending on your facility’s settings). From here you can check for a renewal, log a renewal, or log a reappointment.

"Archived" will display a list of inactive doctors at your facility. 

Similarly, clicking on Allied Health and Nurses will display the above tabs as well. Other Staff will display all sections except for the Needs Input section.

Below "Reports" you will find "Settings". Settings will allow you to update your facility settings at any time and tailor it to your facility’s needs.
