Uploading a credential is one of the most common things you will do in the Silversheet platform. In order to upload a credential you will first need to navigate to the "Credentials" tab. The "Credentials" tab can be found within a providers profile.

Once on the credentialing tab, you will see a variety of credentials. These will be items like Licenses (ex. State, DEA), Certifications (ex. ACLS, BLS, Fluoroscopy), Medical Education (ex. Medical School, Residency), or Miscellaneous Items (ex. Drivers License, CV). These are the credentials that can be uploaded.

In order to upload the credential you will want to click on either "Input" or "Upload Copy".

Once you click on that button the credential card will expand and allow you to upload the document. Inside of the expanded credential you will see a box with a green plus sign. That box allows you to do one of two things. The first, is it will allow you to click and upload your credentialing document. The second, allows you to click and drag the document on to the box. Either option will cause the item to appear.

Once the item is uploaded you will need to fill all boxes that have a star next to them.

After entering the required information, you will need to click the "Submit" button in the bottom right.

Once your item is uploaded, the text title of the item will turn blue.
