In order to upload a verification for a credential you will first need to navigate to the "Credentials" tab. The "Credentials" tab can be found within a providers profile.

Once on the credentialing tab, you will see a variety of credentials. These will be items such as Licenses (ex. State, DEA), Certifications (ex. ACLS, BLS, Fluoroscopy), Medical Education (ex. Medical School, Residency), or Miscellaneous Items (ex. Drivers License, CV).

When an item has been uploaded, but still needs to be verified you will see "Verify" listed next to the credential.

Once you click on the "Verify" button the verification card will expand. Inside you will see a box with a green plus sign. That box allows you to do one of two things. The first, is it will allow you to click and upload the verification. The second, allows you to click and drag the document on to the box. Either option will cause the item to appear.

Once the item is uploaded you will need to fill all boxes that have a star next to them.

When verifying a credential the "Verification date" will pre-populate with the current date. This date can be changed. This is useful if you are uploading a verification that was run previously. Additionally, the "Verifier" box will pre-populate with the name of the "User" uploading the verification.

After entering the required information, you will need to click the "Submit" button in the bottom right.

Once the credential has been verified you will see "Verification logged" in the bottom right hand corner of the card.
