The “Appointments and Privileges” tab will give a user an overview of the different appointments in progress a provider has and at which facility.

The overview will display the: 

  • Facility Name

  • Appointment Term

  • Created by (the user that created the appointment)

  • Option for the Facility View and/or Enterprise View

  • Appointment Status 

When clicking the “Appointment Term” the appointment will open for that facility and open in the “Facility View”. 

If multiple appointments are listed and a user would like to filter their view, you can filter by either, “all appointments” or “incomplete appointments”. 

To do so: 

  • Click the dropdown menu from the “Filter By” option

  • Select the view you’d like
