Although Silversheet does not collect health documents, a user can upload, request and house a provider’s flu vaccine and/or TB screening. Health Documents settings can be changed through your “Settings” tab under the “Health Documents” section and will send alerts regarding those documents.

The settings are meant to set reminders regarding when a facility needs to start collecting those records. 

Settings for Flu Vaccines can be edited by: 

  • Selecting whether or not the vaccine is required for the facility

  • Selecting the Date Range (start and mandatory deadline date, if required)

A date range’s start and mandatory deadline date can be adjusted by: 

  • Clicking and holding the blue dotted indicator

  • Drag the dotted icon to the date

  • Click the green “Save” button to apply changes

The “TB Screening” can be adjusted by marking if the renewal is required or not and if the frequency.

To determine if the renewal is required or not required: 

  • Check the box to indicate the renewal is required

  • Uncheck the box to indicate the renewal is NOT required

  • Click the green “Save” button to apply the changes

To determine the frequency of the renewal: 

  • Click the dropdown menu of the appropriate column

  • Select the number of years

  • Click the green “Save” button to apply the changes
