Let's say you receive a form back from your provider, but they forget to check off a field, or entered in the wrong information. In Silversheet, you have the option of removing that form and resending it to the provider to fill out correctly. 

If you need to resend a document to your provider, please follow these steps: 

Step 1:
Review the application, privilege form, and additional forms that were received from the provider in the "Receive Application Step". From here, you can identify if anything was filled out incorrectly. 

Step 2:
In the "Send Application Step" you have the ability to delete documents and resend, even after they have been sent back you: 

First, select "Delete" next to the document you want to resend (be sure to save a copy to your computer first if you still need it). 

Next, you will be prompted to select "add" (if it is a dropdown, you will want to click the dropdown and re-select the correct document): 

Lastly, you'll want to select "Send Additional Forms" so that the provider receives them in their account. Once you select "Send Additional Forms" the provider will receive and email and log in to correct, sign, and submit the form back to you.
