In your Silversheet facility account, you have the ability to add your nurses (RNs, LVNs) in the Nurses Tab. To get started, navigate to your All Providers tab or Nurses tab in your Silversheet account. 

  1. Select Nurse from the options listed to search for your provider:

2. The following fields are required for you to search for your nurse: 

License Type
License number
- if you don't have the providers DOB you will be required to enter the license number
Date of Birth - if you don't have the providers license number you will be required to enter the date of birth
Valid Email Address

3. Once a match is found in Silversheet based on the information that you input, select "Add Nurse" and the provider will be added to your Nurse's section: 

Important Note: 

If more than one match is found in Silversheet, you will be prompted to select the nurse that matches your records. 

If not match is found at all in Silversheet you will be prompted to confirm the information that you entered and then add the nurse to your account:
