You can customize the signature in email notifications.
Login to the WordPress admin area.
Navigate to Requests > Settings.
Click Notifications.
Under Email Contents, edit the contents of the Signature field.
Tip: You can use
%site_name%,%site_url%, and HTML content in this field.
