Live Activities are an interactive notifications feature by Apple on your lock screen that displays a live overview of certain apps, enabling you to stay up to date without having to unlock your phone.
In this case, it allows your notifications on different aspects of the Simple app to be displayed on your lock screen. You can choose turn on or off the Live activities for the Simple App.
You can manage Live Activities Directly in the Simple App
Open the Simple app and go to the Profile section by tapping the profile icon in the upper-right corner (it may appear on the Home, Track, or My Plan tab in different app versions)
Navigate to the app's settings and click on Notifications.
Find the option for Live Activities and click on Edit activity
Toggle it on or off based on your preference.
