📱 How do I log into the app and activate my subscription?
Open the app and tap Sign in:
Enter your email and tap Let's go:
A six-digit code will be sent to your email for verification. You can copy the six-digit code from the email and paste it into the app.
Alternatively, you can click the "Confirm Email" Button present in the email sent to you. This will automatically verify your email and sign you in.
If you want to choose a different option that connects with the type of subscription you purchased, tap Looking for other options? and choose a sign in method:
Choose the correct sign in method, according to your subscription.
Frequent Issues with Signing In Sign-In and Verification Code Issues
1. Not receiving the confirmation code email
Check your spam/junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address when signing in.
If you use iCloud, Apple Relay, e.t.c., try entering those addresses as well.
If the email still doesn’t arrive, wait a few minutes and then request a new code.
2. Expired code / Code doesn’t work
Always use the most recent confirmation email you’ve received. Older codes will no longer work. If you’ve requested multiple codes, use the code provided in the latest email.

If you're using a new device and you want to transfer all the fasting data from the original device (fasts, logged meals, etc.), please contact us by opening the widget in the lower right corner and contact us. Please provide the following information when contacting us:
— The User ID that you used on the original device;
— The User ID of the new device you are currently using. Here is an article that will help you find your user ID.
If you cannot access the original phone and get the old User ID that you used on the device, then send us an email from the email address with which you created your Simple subscription — we'll find all the data manually.
