All orders placed by customers through your Storefront are automatically shared with your Team, providing seamless visibility, tracking, and collaboration across every project.
How to Setup a Storefront
Navigate to Team Settings → Storefront → Enable Storefront.
Choose which test kits you’d like to list for sale on your Storefront.
Generate the Storefront URL and share it with customers or partners.
You can link your custom storefront on your website or share it by email to provide instant access.
As orders come in, SimpleLab automatically handles shipping, tracking, and notifications, keeping you informed every step of the way.

None. Your Storefront can be live in just minutes, no integrations or setup beyond your SimpleLab Team Portal. Once you add kits to your Storefront, customer orders automatically sync with your Team Portal for seamless tracking and project management.
How does checkout work?
Your customers can add kits to their cart and purchase online using any major credit card or standard online payment method.
What kits can I list for sale on my Storefront?
Teams can select up to 12 test kit types to feature directly from the Storefront
setup page. If you’d like to list more than 12, simply reach out to SimpleLab Support for assistance.
We recommend starting with a focused selection, such as your most relevant kits and their rush companion options, to keep the Storefront clear and easy for customers to navigate.
