What White-labeling Includes:
White-labeled kits can feature standard or customized variations of all kit materials, including boxes, labels, inserts, and printed instructions.
White-Label Order Options
Full Box (minimum 1,000 pre-paid kits per SKU):
Custom outer box, sampling instructions, and printed inserts
One-time production and setup cost: $45,000 upfront ($45 per kit)
Full Box Half Order (minimum 500 pre-paid kits per SKU):
Custom outer box, sampling instructions, and printed inserts
One-time production and setup cost: $30,000 upfront ($60 per kit)
Partial Box (minimum 1,000 pre-paid kits per SKU):
Standard SimpleLab outer box with custom inserts and instructions
One-time production and setup cost: $10,000 upfront ($10 per kit)
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy:
Reselling SimpleLab-branded kits:
Partners must not publicly advertise these kits below SimpleLab’s current list price.
Internal discounts:
You may offer in-house promotions, featured deals, or customer-specific discounts as long as they are not publicly advertised.

How do I start a white-labeling project?
Reach out to sales@gosimplelab.com to discuss your testing goals, brand requirements, and kit types. We’ll guide you through design specifications, timelines, and next steps for approval including how you want to handle transactional notifications ( i.e.: kit tracking, etc.), and customer support.
What design assets are needed?
We’ll request your logo files, brand colors, and any collateral or printed materials you’d like included in the kit (e.g., inserts, sampling guides, or branded documentation). The SimpleLab Design Team can provide templates and support to ensure print accuracy and brand consistency.
How long does production take?
Typical production timelines range from 4-6 weeks, depending on design complexity, material sourcing, and print vendor scheduling. Once approved, future reorders can often be completed more quickly.
Can I reorder or adjust designs later?
Yes. After your initial production run, you can reorder or make minor design updates with your SimpleLab contact. Reprints using existing assets typically have reduced setup costs and faster turnaround.
