Do not ship self-test strips to the lab. Instead, follow the included instructions and record the results on your Report, itself. Self-test results will often be further contextualized by the lab testing portion of your Report.

From the Sample Info section of your test, scroll down until you see the section titled "Add self-test". Choose the test type from the drop down, and record results.
