You can track the progress of your order and test status every step of the way with SimpleLab.
You can track the status of an order by:
Signing in to your SimpleLab account: gosimplelab.com/signin
Click your name in the navigation
Select "Your Orders"
You can track the status of a particular test ID by:
Signing in to your SimpleLab account: gosimplelab.com/signin
Clicking "Manage Tests" in the navigation
Select "Pending" to see the current test status, expected ETA, and more
If you have not created a SimpleLab account, you can access the status dashboard for a particular test by clicking "Open Test Dashboard" button in the email your received (from hello@gosimplelab.com) following activation.
As the various statuses change, you'll also receive email notifications to provide updates.
