When Will Results Be Ready?

Learn how to track the status of your test and which factors can impact turnaround time (TAT).

You can track the progress of your order and test status every step of the way with SimpleLab.

You can track the status of an order by:

  1. Signing in to your SimpleLab account: gosimplelab.com/signin

  2. Click your name in the navigation

  3. Select "Your Orders"

You can track the status of a particular test ID by:

  1. Signing in to your SimpleLab account: gosimplelab.com/signin

  2. Clicking "Manage Tests" in the navigation

  3. Select "Pending" to see the current test status, expected ETA, and more

If you have not created a SimpleLab account, you can access the status dashboard for a particular test by clicking "Open Test Dashboard" button in the email your received (from hello@gosimplelab.com) following activation.

As the various statuses change, you'll also receive email notifications to provide updates.
