When you activate a SimpleLab test, you will be prompted to complete the digital sample information about the sample. These details will include critical information such as sampling date, time, location etc. Having this information filled out digitally will ensure the laboratory team will process the sample as quickly as possible. Not having the digital sample information completed may lead to delays.

How to Complete Digital Sample Information
Once on our report dashboard:
Click the “Sample Information Required” to edit
Complete the missing information.
When filling out the digital Sample Information section for your test, the information will be auto-saved as you type it.
Click the "Finish" button once you enter all of the sample information to complete the process.
