Some kits will include instructions that include activating your test kit.
Activate your test by doing the following:
(1) Go to gosimplelab.com/activate
(2) Enter the Test ID found on your materials
(3) Complete all fields
Once you have activated your test kit, it will be associated with the email address used during activation. If you have an existing SimpleLab Account, you can add this test to your Account by making sure to activate using the same email address used to create the Account.
