You are able to cancel or pause your subscription from within your dashboard.
You can also call our support line at 512-266-8659 and someone from our team would be happy to help.
Please keep in mind that canceling your subscription will mean you lose any grandfathered pricing and access to all of your membership benefits.
If you plan to resume your subscription in the near future, we suggest pausing your subscription instead.
You can pause your subscription for 30 days up to 2 times a year.
Fortunately, you can manage your subscription and pause, cancel, or reactivate it from your dashboard under My Account. Go to: https://www.simplertrading.com/dashboard/account
From there, you can click on “My Subscriptions” to pull up your subscriptions.
Under “My Subscriptions,” you’ll see a list of all of your subscriptions and their statuses.
Click “View” on the subscription you’d like to pause or cancel. This button is located all the way to the right. You’ll then be able to see the options like pictured below:
Simply click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
