Android settings - Ensure Alert settings are enabled

You must have the Simpler mobile app installed on your device to receive alerts. 

The app does not need to be open for alerts to appear. You can close the app to save memory, battery etc. and still get your alerts. 

Alerts during a class:

You must log into the live classroom at least once to receive alerts. 

1) Open global device Settings

Find the Settings icon on the home screen of your phone or tablet.

2) Select Notifications

3) Check sliders and app settings

  • Make sure the App icon badges slider is set to on and that the Simpler Trading slider is set to on.

  • Then find and tap on the Simpler Trading App in the list.

  • If you want to be reminded of alerts, tap on Notification reminder. (See step #5).

If you want to make sure you never miss an alert, you can set your device to repeatedly remind you an notification is waiting for your attention.
