Changing Version

You can update Sierra to the most current version, or roll back to a prior version because you have tried other troubleshooting without success.

For instance, if you load a pre-made workspace / chartbook and see blank charts, rolling back or forward the current version of Sierra Chart may provide a solution.

1 - Choose Previous Version

Click Help > Install Previous Version

Click Yes

2 - Choose Version

If choosing a specific prior version to roll back to, 2296 and 2130 are both valid version number for Sierra.

If choosing to update, choose Current Version.

3 - Login

Log back into Sierra when prompted.

4 - Check Version

Go to Help > About to see the current version installed to confirm the version is correct.
