How to Do It?
Step 1: Upload an attachment
Go to the Document Page and open the Attachments tab.
Click Add or drag-and-drop file(s) into the Attachments area.
Click Upload to complete.

Step 2: Remove an existing attachment
If a file is no longer relevant, you can remove it while the document is editable.
Open the Attachments tab.
Find the file and select the three-dots under the Actions column.
Choose Delete to remove it.
β Compliance reminder: Attachments form part of the quality record. Only remove them when justified, and ensure the rationale is traceable (e.g., in change documentation).

Step 3: Download an existing attachment
Download a copy for offline review or to share in controlled contexts.
Go to the Attachments tab.
Find the file and select the three-dots under the Actions column.
Choose Download to save a local copy.
β Compliance reminder: Downloaded copies are not controlled. For edits, always work via Check Out on the document itself.
