Survey dashboards provide a clear and organized way to analyze your survey data. A survey dashboard is automatically created each time you create a survey.
Use the Overview dashboard for high-level insights like engagement stats and trends, and the Question dashboards for detailed analysis of individual questions.
Tips
Click the star icon next to the survey's name to add it to your favorites in the sidebar.
You can click on nearly any stat or chart point to launch a drilldown of matching answers.
Overview dashboard

Engagement activity - Overall survey engagement including response rate, question views, survey completions, skips, and drop-offs to evaluate engagement.
Response rates over time - Gives you a visual representation of responses coming in over time, helping you track engagement trends.
Answer summary charts - A chart exists for every question in the survey.
Question completion and summary - See which questions users are skipping or dropping off on, and make informed changes to improve response rates.
Question dashboards
The Question dashboards allow you to dig deeper into individual survey questions for a detailed analysis.
Use the question text drop-down at the top of the page to switch between dashboards for specific questions.
Follow-up questions are nested under their parent question and indicated by the β³ icon.
You can export the first question of a survey as a PDF.
Charts such as the 90-day moving average, Sentiment distribution, Answer distribution, and Ratings over time display the same data in various formats, making insights easier to uncover.
At the bottom of each question dashboard, the Latest feedback widget allows you to view and export responses related to that question.
