If you have sent a document and no longer wish for your recipient to be able to open/sign the document, you can use the revoke button. When you revoke a document all participants, except for the sender, will recieve an e-mail notification. This article will walk you through on how to revoke your documents.

1. Go to "Documents" and click on the status icon for the document you wish to revoke. Go to the "X" icon in the right corner and confirm. See video down below.

2. The status icon will now change to "X" and your document has been revoked. See picture down below.

Note! Revoke is an alternative to Delete. The benifit of revoking a document is that you still keep track of your sent documents, proposals even if your recipients cannot open them.
