You can make entire content boxes conditional, meaning that if they are not relevant to previously chosen information they will disappear entirely. Just like magic!

1. Start by creating all content boxes in your document/template.

2. Make sure the feature you are using, in this example: drop list, is set on "Sender". This makes it possible for you to edit the different content boxes.

3. Now click on the three dots next to the content box -> Choose "Conditional" -> Choose the answer this content box is dependent on.

Note! Your content boxes will disappear into paragraph signs. These are not visible for the recipient but are there to mark that there is a invisible field in the document/template. In order to access the hidden content boxes, click on answer it is conditional to and it will appear.

4. If the information is meant to be filled in by the Sender you can leave the settings in the feature, in this example: drop list, on "Sender". If it is meant to be filled in by the recipient don't forget to set it back on "Recipient" the same way you did in Step 2 of this article.
