By activating a key on your sensitive documents, you ensure an extra level of security for the accessability of your sent documents. This means that you enter a password, activate 2FA or BankID when sending your documents. Only the recipient with the correct key can open the document URL.

There are three types of keys:

a) Password
For this key you enter a password in order to view a document. Your recipient can either recieve the password via SMS to his phone or enter it by knowing it before hand.

b) 2FA

Your recipient automatically recieve a PIN code to the phone number entered by the sender. This code will unlock the document.

c) Swedish BankID verification

The recipient can only open the document URL if he/she verify via Swedish BankID. The social security number accociated to the recipient is the only one that can unlock the document.

1. Create a new document and click on "Details"

2. Click on "Document Key" and enter a password

Other verification options can be: PIN-code via SMS or BankID.

If you use SMS, you can send the password directly to the recipient in the connection with the document being sent.
