Create your own activities for how documents are to be processed

With the help of this function, you and your colleagues can set up your own to-do lists for different types of documents.

You choose which activities are to be carried out in order for a document to be processed. When you have completed and checked off the activity, the document gets a green check mark and you or your colleagues can easily keep track of which documents you have processed or not.

1. Go to Add-ons

2. Search for Task Management and activate

3. Go to settings

4. Add the name of the activity, the document type and status the activity should apply to

5. Go to the document view and click on a document and you can now check if you have performed the activity

6. You can now easily filter your processed and unprocessed documents
