Activate our chat function when you send a document to be able to communicate directly with your recipient. The recipient sees the chat directly on the signing page. You will receive a notification when the recipient has asked a question in the chat. If you are not logged in to SimpleSign, you will receive an email telling you that you have a new chat.
1. Go to Add-ons
2. Search for Document Chat and activate
3. Activate Chat before sending your document
4. A comment field is activated to the tright of the document
