Track Costs is an optional app to track costs associated with a contract card. Usually the app is used to track costs related to e.g. Supplier agreement.
Amount
Here you enter what the contract costs and which currency the amount refers to.
Payment period
Select the period for which the cost you entered refers to.
Ex. a cost of SEK 12,000 and a payment period of 12 months corresponds
SEK 1,000 per month.
SimpleSign will use the costs during the statistics. There you can see the costs of the contract cards over time. The monthly cost (average cost per month) can also be displayed as a column in the list view of your contract cards.

You can more easily reconcile so that the actual cost corresponds to the agreed cost.
It will be easier to cut costs by more easily seeing which contract cards and contract categories cost you the most.
