How to set your contracts as active or inactive

You can choose whether a contract card is active or inactive. An inactive contract card is a contract that has expired or has not been started. An active agreement card is an agreement that is valid right now.

If a contract card is active, the image in the list view for the contract card gets a green circle instead of gray (grey symbolizes inactive).

* The agreement card image can be uploaded manually. The image is usually the logo of the company attached to the contract card.

Benefits

  • Easier to distinguish which contracts are currently active.

  • Easier to weed out contracts that are no longer needed.

  • Easier to see which contract cards are relevant for renegotiation.
