How to make a user Inactive

Learn how you can make other users, who are part of your account, inactive.

Accessible to users with the role: Owner


To disable access to your Users, you would need to block access.

Please make sure to remove the coaching seat assigned while deactivating Coach or Master Coach

Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Manage Users

Navigate to Settings from the Left Navigation menu > Select Manage Users > Select the User you want to make inactive.

Step 2: Block Access

Scroll down and enable the toggle under Block Access.

Now the User is disabled and will no longer be able to access their Simply.Coach account.

Remove the Coaching seat if the user is not actively coaching your clients.
