Accessible to users with the role: Owner
In any organization, effective role assignment is a fundamental aspect of maintaining order and productivity.
Hence, within Simply.Coach, it is possible for the Owner of the account to change the current roles of existing users to new roles and update other relevant details.
Step 1: Navigate to "Settings" > "Manage Users"> Click on Filters > Select Role > Choose the desired Role
You can make changes to first name and last name of the user.

The table below elaborates on the possible roles that a current user can be upgraded to:

Note:
Once the user role is upgraded, it cannot be downgraded back to another user role.
Step 2: Select the intended user for whom you want to upgrade the role and then choose the role to which you want to upgrade the user to.
Step 3: Select "Save" to ensure all details have been updated.
