We’re sorry to hear that. Hopefully you’ll find cancelling a simple process. If you’re an app user you’ll need to do this on the website.

Log in to the website and tap the Profile icon in the top right. Tap Manage subscription. At the bottom of the page you’ll find a link to cancel your regular deliveries. Follow the steps to cancel your subscription.

Once you cancel online you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email for your records. You’ll still be able to order one-off boxes and you can restart anytime.

*Note: New customers can cancel anytime after your 7-day trial period.
