Our boxes just need to be kept in a cool, dry cupboard and do not need to be refrigerated. Each pot will have an expiry date on the top so you know when they need to be used by.

Once a pot is opened it needs to be used immediately and shouldn't be stored for later use.

Our pots cannot be frozen... however as long as the fresh ingredients can be frozen, then you can freeze our meals once they have been cooked. Please make sure that all meats are thoroughly cooked before freezing and when you come to defrost them that they are eaten within a day of them coming out the freezer!

(A good tip for re-heating frozen curries is to add a little bit of water to loosen the sauces as they tend to thicken when they are stored. We also don't recommend freezing rice or pasta as these don't tend to defrost well.)
