Here at SimplyCook, we are concerned, as everyone is, about the impact of Coronavirus in our local communities and across the world.
This is a time of great uncertainty for us all and we hope that everyone is managing to look after themselves and their families as best they can.
At the moment we are relatively unaffected, however we wanted to share what we’re doing to prioritise the safety of our customers and our teams.
- Our awesome warehouse team is keeping up with orders and we are continuing to uphold the very highest hygiene standards to keep them, and you, safe. Our flavour kits are produced from a BRC AA rated facility with the highest possible rating for food safety standard.
- Our incredible Customer Happiness team are working remotely, and are on hand to answer any questions you have.
- We are working closely with Royal Mail to ensure there are no issues that could affect your orders arriving. Based on the latest guidance from Public Health England there is no known risk to receiving parcels, but we are monitoring any changes very closely. As our boxes don’t need to be signed for and can be popped straight through your letterbox we’re further minimising any potential risk for you.
In the unlikely event that our flavour house needs to shut, we will work with suppliers and follow NHS and Government advice to get it up and running as quickly as possible to minimise disruption to you. We will notify all customers should that happen, but don’t forget you can also pick up our flavour kits from most of the big supermarkets.
Naturally spending time at home means your habits might change. You can continue to change your delivery frequency to suit you, take a break for a couple of weeks or, if you get really bored of pasta and pesto, order an extra box. Self-isolation shouldn’t mean flavour isolation.
Our mission to bring joy to mealtimes feels as relevant as ever, and we hope we can continue to deliver awesome flavour to you in the months to come.
