This article helps you find the code to present in order to collect your Simplycure parcel from a pickup point.
If you chose pickup point delivery (Mondial Relay, Bpost, Colissimo, DPD, etc.), a collection code is sent to you by the carrier so you can collect your parcel. This code is generated and sent directly by the carrier, not by Simplycure.
A small pitfall to avoid: the Simplycure team does not have access to the collection code. Only the carrier can send it to you. We can, however, help you find your parcel number to make things easier.
1. Check your spam
The email containing the code often lands in junk mail, or in the Promotions or Notifications folders. Search your inbox with keywords such as:
Mondial Relay
Bpost
Colissimo or DPD
code, parcel, order
2. Check the email used for the order
Did you definitely receive our Simplycure confirmation email (sender: hello@mail.simplycure.com)?
Yes: your email address is correct. The carrier's email has therefore been sent, but got lost in a secondary folder. Keep searching, or contact the carrier directly.
No: there is probably an email error on your order. Start the chat, we will check together and correct it.
3. Contact the carrier with your parcel number
With your parcel number (shown on the tracking page simplycure.shipup.co), contact the carrier's customer service directly. Their team can send you the code again.
Mondial Relay: Mondial Relay contact page
Bpost: via their official site bpost.be, My parcel area
Colissimo: laposte.fr/particulier/aide, Colissimo section
DPD: dpd.com according to your delivery country

Frequently asked questions
How long does my parcel stay at the pickup point?
Usually between 5 and 8 days depending on the carrier. After that, the parcel is automatically returned to us and your order is refunded, and you will need to place a new order.
Can I have someone else collect the parcel?
Yes, by giving them the collection code and making sure they have proof of identity (the rules vary by carrier).
The pickup point is closed, what should I do?
Check the opening hours on the carrier's site. Some pickup points are open in the evening or on Saturday. If the pickup point is permanently closed, the carrier automatically redirects it to a nearby pickup point.
I need to change pickup point after ordering, is that possible?
Before shipping, yes, the full procedure is explained in our dedicated guide. After shipping, you will need to check with the carrier whether they offer a redirection.
I lost my code after receiving it, what should I do?
Contact the carrier directly with your parcel number. If you do not have it, follow the procedure above. Tracking details are also explained in our dedicated guide.
