Where a Lender allows it, the Valuation Digital Widget in Loanapp and/or Omni can be configured to request and retrieve existing Property Valuations via a ValexID.
Where can I use this functionality?
You can use a ValexID to retrieve a pre-ordered, existing valuation to be populated into your application record via the Property Valuation widget in either Loanapp or Omni.
In Loanapp, it is found on the Loan and Securities page, below the Securities section:
When you expand the Widget you will see the property address and a "request" control button:
Some Lenders allow you to order a valuation through their valuation portal. Where they allow this, when you click "Request", you will get two options:
Order a valuation or
Retrieve a valuation
Retrieving an existing valuation
Where you have already ordered and received a valuation related to the application, you should select the Retrieve valuation option:
The modal will expand, and you will be promoted to add the valuer's ID of the completed valuation report:
When you enter the Valuation ID, Loanapp will call the Valuer's API with the detail and request a copy of the existing valuation.
Note that the entered Valuation ID and the property address in Loanapp must be an exact match.
The Valuation widget in Loanapp will update to "Requesting":
and when the report in returned, it will update to "Completed":
If you then click on the Details button, you will be able to check the returned Valuation matches your ID:
And also download any of the returned documents, including the full valuation report:
