Recall a previously completed IDVerse digital VOI to add to your Loanapp

Where your applicants have already completed a digital VOI with IDVerse, you are able to recall that report and add it to Loanapp

🤩 If you have already had your applicant/s complete a digital VOI with IDVerse, then where available, Lenders can allow you to request that report and attach it to your Loanapp application .... so that your applicants don't have to do it again

Where can I use this functionality?

A Digital VOI service will always be triggered from the Applicants screen in Loanapp.

Where a Lender allows you to 'share' previously completed digital VOI reports, you will be able to select this option when you trigger the Digital VOI service. When you press "request", you will be presented with the option to "Enter Reference Number" (instead of requesting a new report):

How do I recall a IDVerse report?

First: you must assign your IDVerse report to your Lender

The first thing you will need to do is assign your IDVerse report to the Lender you are submitting to. This will allow you to then 'recall' the report to attach itself to your Loanapp application and satisfy the VOI requirement.

Login to your IDVerse Portal

Go to partners.idverse.com/login and login to your portal, and navigate to your repository of records:

Select the record you want to share with your Lender:

When the record opens, go to the "Action" dropdown on the right hand side:

In this dropdown, you will be able to select the Lender (or other party) that has been made available to 'share' reports with:

You will get confirmation that you have successfully shared the transaction; and once this is done, if you then scroll to the bottom of the page, you will have a NEW transaction ID for this record.

⚠️ You will need to copy this Transaction ID and use it in the Loanapp workflow.

Second: in the Loanapp workflow, add this Transaction ID to recall your report

In your Lender's Loanapp, if they have this functionality built into their Digital VOI, when you select request:

You will get the option to order a new report; or to "enter Reference Number":

Where you choose to Enter Reference Number, you can add the Transaction ID you have generated via the IDVerse portal for your existing record. You must also confirm you have consent to share this record; and then press Submit:

The call and return of the report takes less than a minute - you can refresh the page to update the widget. When it is complete, the status will change to Completed; and you will be able to click the Details button to see the results:

Which will include the shared report, which you can download to review:

You will have completed the digital VOI without your applicants having to re-do the process.
