When you have submitted a deal to AMP via Loanapp, it will be submitted into the AMP assessment workflows.
IF the AMP assessor needs to ask you a question/request a document throughout the assessment process, they will send you an "Info Request".

How do I receive an Info Request?
If the AMP Assessment team sends you an Info Request, you will receive it as an email notification:
In the body of the email, there will be a 'click here':
When you "Click here" you will be taken to the secure portal for viewing and completing the Info Request.
Your credentials to Info Request secure portal will be:
Login: your email
Password: whatever you have set as your password
If you have not setup your login credentials, please use 'set or recover password'. Your login will be your email, and you will need to set your password.
Login to the Secure Portal
When you login to the secure portal, you will be presented with the Info Request from AMP eg:
Click on the Info Request to open it. You will:
see the message from the Assessor
be able to upload any required documents
be able to add any comments to support the document
and submit back to the assessor

When you submit the response, it will go straight back to the assessor.
When you click Submit - you will get confirmation that the Info Request response has been submitted and you can close the browser:
Can I 'pass on' an Info Request?
Yes. If you receive an Info Request you are able to "nominate" anyone else who is a participant on the application to complete it. To do this, click the Nominate button to see who you can send it to. The typical people you would forward a request to are your applicant/s; or your support staff. NOTE they must be participants to the application to be able to be nominated.
If you nominate someone to complete the request, they will receive an email invite just like you did; and they will be able to login to view/complete the request.
Can I receive/work on Info Requests on my mobile?
Yes. You will always receive the request on email - but if you are viewing on your mobile, you can then login on your mobile and respond there:
