A Linked Application drop-down selector has been added to the Loanapp interface. This provides a clearer and more consistent way to identify and link applications that meet the following criteria:
• The Loan Writer is the same
• There is at least one common applicant
• The application’s primary status is not Settled
This ensures only relevant and active applications can be linked.
Important:
For an application to be linked, it must be launched from your CRM or created directly in the AMP Bank broker platform. Applications that do not meet this requirement cannot be linked.
Steps for linking applications:
Step 1
Check the box 'Are there any unsettled applications to allow for joint assessment?'
Step 2
Click Add linked applications
Step 3
Click the dropdown to see a list of applications that you have already added into Loanapp that meet the Linked applications criteria
Step 4
Once you've selected an application from the dropdown list you will see it here.
This shows a successfully linked application
Other options
If you want to UN-link an application, you need to click the trash can and UN-check the box.
Reviewing Linked Applications
Once you have linked your applications, you need to review the linked applications to ensure all relevant sections are updated. Remember to reflect total borrowing exposure in each linked application. The Loan amount for each application needs to be added as an existing liability in its linked application/s. This ensures that the applicants total borrowing exposure is represented in each application.
Pay special attention to the following areas:
Liabilities: Ensure that liabilities are accurately reflected across all linked applications.
Pricing: Verify that the pricing details are consistent and correct.
Other Sections: Review any other sections that may be impacted by the linked applications to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
